    • This exhibition hall displays the collections and historical evidences of the brutal Japanese imperialism and the history of adversity of the nation during the late 19th century when Korea was taking its first steps towards modernization. Here, you can see how modern civilization was introduced to Korea, scenes showing how Korea was forced to sign the Eulsaneukyak Agreement by Japan and the ruthless exploitation by the Japanese Empire.

    • Based on state-of-the-art media, various display methods and devices have been used to make an exhibition hall in which visitors can watch and experience the spirit of the Independence Hall of Korea and assess their patriotism.
